Services

Medical transportation by wheelchair or stretcher

Non emergency medical transportation, two ways to ride. Tell us how the rider gets around and what the trip is for, and we send the vehicle, the equipment and the trained driver that fit.

What we do

Non emergency medical transportation

Any medical appointment
Discharges
Transfers
Standing order appointments
Long distance
Scheduled rides to and from medical care for people who need more help than a regular car or a rideshare can give: any medical appointment, hospital discharges, and moves between facilities. Every ride is wheelchair transport or stretcher transport, matched to how the rider gets around. Long distance trips to any state can be arranged in advance, by wheelchair or by stretcher.
Rides are booked in advance, confirmed with a pickup window, and handled by a trained and experienced driver who assists at both ends. Standing order appointments can be set up once and kept on the same schedule.
Good to know: this is scheduled, non emergency medical transportation. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Option one

Wheelchair transport

Lift equipped
Chair secured
Stairs and doorways
Appointments and events
Lift equipped vehicles for riders who use a wheelchair, with the chair secured for the trip and help at the door on both ends. If stairs are part of getting in or out, say so when you book and we send the right team.
Wheelchair rides cover medical appointments and everything else a family needs: a visit home, a family gathering, the airport, or an outing a regular car cannot manage.

Option two

Stretcher transport

Bedbound riders
Cannot sit up
Carried on stairs
Hospital to home
For riders who need to stay lying down for the trip, and for riders who need to be carried up or down stairs. Two trained team members handle every stretcher ride, from the bed to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the bed at the other end.
Vehicles and stretchers are checked every day and professionally inspected every year. Drivers complete stretcher transport training on top of the standard requirements.
